Processing Times

All orders are made to order and processing times vary, but most items are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. During peak times or for made-to-order items, there may be a slight delay — if so, you’ll be notified via email.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using tracked services via Australia Post or Sendle.
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (depending on your location).

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free local pickup may be available from Coolangatta, QLD — please reach out after your order.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!
International orders are sent via tracked services and typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Packaging

We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. Each order is wrapped with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. If your item is a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed to the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll find a solution together.
